We realise that shopping online without physically seeing the item/s can sometimes be hard and therefore we would like to make your online shopping experience easy and fun.
Refunds and Returns
If by chance your item is faulty, please notify us via email at email@example.com within 7 days of receipt with photograph of faulty item and we will notify you of return address for the item/s.
Please keep your proof of purchase — e.g. your receipt and return item within 30 days of receipt.
- If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.If the item/s cannot be repaired or replaced, we will provide you with a full refund. Returned items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached and if in its own specialty box returned in same.
- Fashion items and Jewellery must be returned unworn or unwashed and unstained so that it can be resold as brand new. You will need to cover the cost of return postage.
- Please be aware: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number from Australia Post for your return as we do not take responsibility for missing parcels.
As per ACCC, we are not obliged to offer refunds or exchanges if you received what you ordered but simply changed your mind.
**Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the item is as pictured, we cannot accept responsibility for how different customisation settings or different types of displays or screens effect the items appearance of colours, textures and fabrics shown… these may slightly differ from the actual item for the reasons just outlined.***
DELIVERY: We use Australia Post for deliveries and do not ship overseas. Once your order and payment has been received, we will pack and post within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location Australia Post’s estimated times of delivery are as follows:
Sending within same state –
Metro: up to 2 business days
Country: up to 5 business days
Sending interstate –
Metro: up to 3-6 business days depending on lodgement and destination points
Country: we will have to ask for estimate at our local Post Office
NB: As we are all aware these times are a guideline only and depend on the challenges Australia Post is facing due to the current pandemic. We will advise you of a tracking number once goods have been dispatched.
